Google's new diagnostic insights will help inform advertisers about issues that may be negatively affecting campaign performance.
Google Ads is rolling out a new data set to the Insights page highlighting any issues found during diagnostic checks.
Diagnostic insights will assist you in identifying issues that are preventing campaigns from running, low engagement, difficulty tracking conversions, and more.
This information can be found on the Insights and Overview page for Performance Max ad campaigns, allowing you to troubleshoot problems as soon as they are detected.
Here are the detailed insights that will be provided by Google Ads:
Tailored recommendations will take the uncertainty out of resolving issues that Google discovers, allowing you to get your campaign back up and running in no time.
In May, Google Ads unveiled diagnostic insights, which were previewed in May with an announcement that they would be available soon. The launch has now begun two months later.
When a campaign has no traffic or conversions, the diagnostics insights display.
If your campaign is active and people are seeing the advertisements and clicking on them, there will be no diagnostic problems to report.
Keep in mind that Google has not yet granted access to the Insights page to everyone, as it is now in beta.
Google is now slowly releasing each insight type to randomly selected individuals, which means that your Insights page may have limited information. At the moment, Performance Max advertisements are being analyzed by diagnostic insights. Over the next few months, the new information will be extended to additional campaign types.
